ABNZ was founded by two like-minded individuals A B Paul a Hyderabad based Entrepreneur and a Training Professional with a decade of experience in the field of Training, Consulting and a strong understanding of the corporate culture and Zain Ul Abdin a Lucknow based Goal Oriented Professional with a decade of experience in Reporting and Analytics, Training and Development, Process Improvement and Performance Management.

ABNZ is a Hyderabad based Organization started in 2018, operating with a strong base across PAN INDIA. Providing full spectrum of Training, Consulting, Project Management, Outsourcing services to IT, BPOs, Manufacturing, FMCG, etc. to name few. We are all about enhancing skills, strengthening natural aptitude, setting long term professional relation, embracing responsibility to encourage a positive impact on the society, developing Human Capital, creating value, innovate & promote sustainable skill in corporates.

Looking from the corporate viewpoint, ABNZ fosters creativity at the same time trying to transcend its own standards of quality and operation. We constantly keep measuring ourselves with our set- standards and strive for sophisticated client services, implementing good public policies while retaining the leadership status within the industry. She display extensive knowledge of the latest and most effective training methodologies with excellent training program design along with uptown experience & understanding of building high-growth start-ups, Social Entrepreneurship & Skill Development.

A typical taurian at heart, an industrialist entrepreneur, avid reader, and Voice & Accent coach,
Amoolya has learnt far and wide during her experience, the value of hard work and giving back. She is a high spirited individual fueled by her passion to aid people and construe obstacle. She has shown that time and again that entrepreneurial innovation and humanitarianism can go hand in hand.

She shows an undying passion for helping young entrepreneurs grow and thrive. Her fondness of making
even the most broken of processes work effectively and smoothly is a testament to her early struggling days. She believes that “Circumstances don’t define an Individual” and she is on a continued mission to show others anything is possible.

Has a Master’s Degree in English Literature and Psychology and worked as a Mentor/Coach/Trainer and
Manager for Quality & Training with NIIT, GE, Satyam, Dell and Deloitte and now a proud and successful owner of ABNZ – A Hyderabad based Organization operating with a strong base across PAN INDIA – Providing full spectrum of Training, Consulting, Project Management, Outsourcing services to IT, BPOs,
Manufacturing, FMCG, etc. to name few.

In addition to the strong corporate background, Amoolya, has carved her own niche in the entrepreneurial
sector with her work on enhancing skills, strengthening natural aptitude, setting long term professional relation, embracing responsibility to encourage a positive impact on the society, developing Human Capital, creating value, innovate & promote sustainable skill in corporates.

She has now been for years an Entrepreneur in Human Resource services having special focus and
interest on employability opportunities for the youth and women, marching ahead to achieve the social goals and initiation on women empowerment infusing the enterprising thought by conducing the awareness programs and Governmental special initiatives.

Our goal is to progressively foster maintainable quality vectors and approach our jobs with passion and commitment.

She carries a Master’s Degree in Psychology & Education.

She has always been involved in countless Civil Organizations & Community Based Services to serve towards her moto of better future for Homeless & Needful.

She also was an integral part in coaching people in real-world business and leadership skills and help them develop a secondary source of income outside of their main profession.

Mary is associated with ABNZ from its Inception Days. She holds a Master’s Degree in Literature and Business Administration.

Mary occupied herself primarily with board & advisory roles in a range of companies and instituted in India & US. She is well know for creating a culture for Business Excellence and delivering superior benchmark performances.

She peruses a vison for Socio-Economic Wellbeing through the companies substantial approach and value focus strategy
